Air Construction Limited was formed in 1992 and has since then been carrying out many and varied commercial and domestic building projects throughout London and the Home Counties.

Our major clients include The Gap; The Bank of Ireland; Blick Rothenberg Accountants; The Tower of London; Ladbrokes and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

We are a family run company and pride our good name on providing high standard work efficiently at a competitive price.

Our commercial projects are generally full multi-trade refurbishments and fit-outs of office accommodation. We provide, and manage all trades for the works including electrical, partitions, suspended ceilings, air-conditioning, decorations, together with more specialised work aspects as dictated by our clients’ requirements.

Our domestic projects range from small cosmetic upgrades of existing properties to full multi-trade refurbishments including loft extensions and home extensions. We are pleased to carry out all on-site liaison with local authority building control and planning departments, as well as offering our expert advice on building practicality and design based on our valued experience.
